Poor customer service and they are not updated themselves with technology. No appointment confirmation via email or text. I have scheduled three weeks ago for September 29 but I received a call in Sep 28 that told me I didn’t show up. Next availability is for October 17. This all is the result of poor scheduling and customer service. Still they are in 19s. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Scheduled an appointment more than a month ago in June. The day before my appointment, they said my insurance was "termed" even though it was active and canceled my appointment. I called my insurance and they said my insurance was active. I called Fairfax Radiology again to get my appointment time back because my insurance was active, and they said it was no longer available... They have me waiting ANOTHER two weeks for this MRI. I've been in pain for so long, and without this MRI, my specialist cannot move forward with next steps. Very disappointed with this place.

Very good and smooth service. There was little to no waiting when I came for my X-Ray around 3.30 PM. The desk service was also great!!

Last month I went to Fairfax Radiology for a chest X ray. The ladies at the front desk, specially Ms. Felicita Gomez when out her way to help me (I am a senior with poor vision). The professional that took the X Ray was also courteous and kind.
