I hope that your facility has some wonderful attorneys because we will be spending a lot of time together in courtrooms starting in about 6 months. Be ready for us. We are going to be unrelenting in shutting your facility down.

My grandmother had a short stay here as she passed away this evening. Fatima Kamara and Mayatan Fontana were extremely disrespectful. I was attempting to reach a family member on my personal phone to let them know about her passing and Mayatan yelled and me and put her finger in my face. Her supervisor attempted to lecture me and interrupt family conversations that we were having in persons I explained to her that I wasn’t addressing her and to give me a moment to finish my conversation. She responded with “good I don’t want to talk to you” along with other rude language. Additionally, my grandma was here under a week so we were not able to bring any of her belongings. As I was checking drawers I found them full of hair and trash that did not belong to my grandmother. The bath tub in this room appeared to have dried blood which again couldn’t have been my grandmothers since she was already in her dying stages. The walls were dirty with what appeared to be urine under the sink. The conditions and cleanliness of this place is disgusting. The rooms were e hot, their a/c doesn’t seem to work in some rooms. Electrical issues everywhere. Do your loved one a favor and do not bring them to this place

Horrible facility. My mother was transported there for rehab after a fall last September - they accepted her even though they were having a COVID outbreak at the time. Too many bad stories to tell though I will say that when she had to go back to the hospital for wounds that weren't healing, I told her insurance company that there would be no way she would EVER go back there or to any other Manor Care facility.

My elderly mother was recently in ProMedica Skilled Nursing Care-Rehabilitation formerly known as Manor Care (Arlington) 1st & foremost the name change or new company that took over doesn't make this facility any better at all. Nor is there any Skilled professional care that my mother truly received. My mom can't walk& is wheelchair bound was there for a month & was treated poorly, left in a soiled diaper for over 24hours, the room phone was broken& left on floor for 2days & we weren't able to reach her & when we contact nurses station to attempt to talk to someone we were forward 2 a voicemail & no 1 wouldn't return our calls,her meal trays would be left on table untouched & no 1 attempt to assisted her to eat, when call bell was pushed it would literally be over an hour or more for a nurse/cna to respond ( I know for a fact because I push call button on different occasions while visiting to verify what my mom told me about them not responding) I confronted the 4 nurses sitting & standing around the nurses station just chatting away while the call bell was dinging @ desk. I was literally told "WERE VERY BUSY TODAY", these nurses are far from Skilled nor do they care about the patient,they show no compassion , they speak to the patients as if they are animals i.e. screaming & yelling at them in such inhumane harsh tones, my mother was given antibiotics that she's allergic too & didn't sit well with her mentally or physically, they rarely bathed her, the only time they acted as if the cared or was doing their job (bare minimum) is if family was there visiting & we approached them. This place is a poor excuse for Skilled nursing! If it was possible to give them negative -5 stars I would. Please stay close watch if your elderly family member is incarcerated in this place. Yes I said incarcerated because they treated my mom like a caged animal . The staff as well as director & nursing supervisor don't care at all it seems they are just there for a paycheck. I wonder and very concerned how these people get their medical license & degree 's. I hope and pray all reviews are being addressed and change for the better comes to this facility. Always treat others how you expect to be treated.
