I rarely leave reviews, good or bad because I feel they are a matter of opinion only and not necessarily factual but let me give you some facts about this hotel! The hallway outside my 2nd floor room smelled like someone heated up fish in a microwave but the smell never went away over time! Other guests were laughing, singing, playing and yelling in the hallway with no regards to other guests. As I was sitting on the couch watching tv, I thought someone was coming through the door as someone hit it so hard that it sounded like they were kicking it in. The room was actually large, spacious and fairly clean. Good luck getting any sleep in here though. This is my 3rd stay here for business and most times you just have some jerk guests that ruin it for everyone but it’s the same story every single time and I will never return to this location. They need to start throwing people out or they won’t have repeat customers.

Positive: The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Location was perfect for our needs. I was in a quiet area easy to access. Negative: The mattress was old and worn and needed to be change. The carpet was clean and without odor but very stained and worn. We had zero housekeeping, room never cleaned, we had to go to the reception to get sheets for a sofa bed and make it.

Would have been a great experience of they would update their website with correct Information. The pool was why we were staying and their site said it was open get there from Ohio mind you, to find out their pool is closed. Websites should be updated to keep people informed.

The service was amazing. All the people working were amazing. Room was ok. Shower is super small, air conditioning didn't work. They were at full capacity and you could tell. We order from the restaurant in the hotel. The food made me sick for 2 days. Also no room service at all. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I wish we had chosen a different hotel. We won't be back.
