I have been a patient of this office for 5 years. I started without health insurance, the costs with other dentists were exorbitant, Econ dental was the dental office that offered affordable services, cost effective in my pocket and with professionalism. Like any health professional (including me) a service cannot be offered without a prior EVALUATION. I went to the office after listening to the television announcement, receiving quality treatment and professionalism, I received what I heard EVALUATION, at that time cleaning was not feasible, the treatment plan was discussed, it was my option to accept or not. They also offered the optional bleaching if I wanted it and at the indicated time according to the plan. The waiting time was and is 5 minutes from the time of my appointment, it is my option to arrive before or at the indicated time. The clerical staff was courteous, cooperative, professional and friendly. The exceptional hygienists and dental assistants and the humane and professional doctors. We are treated as we treat, before criticizing, let's first evaluate our actions and reactions. We judge by how we are, the good we shut up and the "bad" we shout from the 4 winds.
