Food was good, just the staff is unapologetically not caring about the customer. I don’t care for customer service I’m just trying to be in and out. But they just make the fight for $15 an hour hard lol

Listen, their food is tasty for sure. That said... the place is not super clean, AND... they take FOREVER to prepare orders. The wing stop website and app, is really mostly at fault as it seems to always default to the same estimated time for pickup (16-21 minutes). It is NEVER ready on time. My order took nearly an hour. I waited in the entryway with 7-10 other groups (also waiting for their food) for about 25 minutes. Get your act together... this is at least the 3rd time this has happened to me.
