They stole me 300$ deposit even after showing them the receipt and lease contract and never got a reason out of them why so. Straight up stolen. I wouldn’t be surprised if they would be willing to try to loose records of paying rent to get more money out of someone or evicting them if it’s not received. User beware they treat money more important than the tenants for sure.

it's a roof if you don't have one, but don't expect anything to work in there. I know someone that lived there for 8 months before they fixed their stove, never fixed the a/c now no water and no one answering their calls.

It cost a couple hundred for the security deposit. I believe i payed around 400. The monthly rent is about the same. Very cheap for Gainesville. But be careful about the AC. Mine wasn't working that good and it was unbearable. I had to move.
