My mom is in Avante and she said the girls there be laughing at her and i do Believe her....What's so funny about a patient with dementia.And the girls there are very disrespectful with is the CNAs They had me on hold And the whole time they was talking aboutTheir personal lives.leaving me on the phone to listen. With is very Unprofessional.They don't like bringing the phone to my mom. Because they are lazy as hell if they don't want to do there job the right way then Quit.every time i call i Cant get through. I live in Kansas now. I will be coming there soon. And i would like to meet the girls who was laughing. And see them laugh in my face.Thats. what i want to see

My five-stars demonstrate the excellent professional experience, I had and still have with Avante !!! My story begins when my Husband Joseph had a stroke and our world was turn upside down. Not only Mr David Carter was heaven sent, he educated me and our Son what health documents to have on hand and avenue to go. Follow by Ms. Tracy Lannom and Social worker Beatrice Rodriguez , The Nurses and CNA are wonderful The Therapy teams, makes me cry. Their Dedication and determination towards my husband . Thank you Avante!!! The Martinez Family so appreciate your hard work and services. outstanding.

My relative and my ex husband were a patients at Avante. They never answered call bells, never gave pain meds on time or at all. They forgot to serve meals at times and other times meals were inedible. They allowed bed sores to fester and damaged a leg so badly that my relative had to have corrective surgery. They did check diabetic patients blood sugar and lost patient belongings. Never go here!!

What a great place, the turn around in the past year from a community stand point is amazing. Such a great team of honest, loyal, and trustworthy people with dignity and care in their hearts for their residents and community.. I like to see a great place thrive.
