My house was built 5 years ago. few weeks ago we discovered a leak in the roof every time it rains , ICI warranty will not cover that?!!!! other builders will give warranty for 10 years. it is a new home and a leak in the roof when it rains should not happen. apparently ICI Homes choose the cheapest material , that will not last at all. I do not recommend them to anybody.
