My experience was horrible! I received a mattress that wasn’t the one I chose. Delivery was horrible trashed my floors. Scraped my walls, as well as dented them. Didn’t put the items where instructed and left without me knowing. I was also told by Jonathan if I was unhappy with the comfort of my mattress I had 90 days to call to get it switched out. Customer service claim they will handle it and call back. They never did! So I called and nothing was notated. The mattress feels like I’m sleeping on concrete. Definitely not what I ordered. The delivery guy also scraped my ceiling with the headboard. My bed and nightstand is so close to the bathroom door. I hurt myself often trying to get around it. Oh and didn’t put any handles on the dressers. Unbelievable. They need to compensate for all the damage done to walls and ceiling immediately!!! EDIT- I’ve done everything possible to try and get this matter to be resolved. I have been disrespected, cursed out, hung up on. As well as ignored in between! I still have all the issues I listed above. And we’re now in September and there’s no changes . This company I wouldn’t suggest ever going there! I even went in the location and the supervisor Cedric cursed at me which lead me to come out of character. How dare he! It’s my money spent and I want what I paid for. I’ve even suggested they come and remove everything I no longer want to deal with them. At this point I will be taking legal action.

This store should be closed immediately. They have, as of 5 minutes ago, delivered the wrong adjustable bed base 3 times. They also delivered a king mattress instead of a queen and said it will be 2 months to pick it up and send the right one. Don't shop there. Trust me when I say you will regret it.
Yes, premium delivery has a charge if you would like your furniture brought into your home and set up, however there is a free drop off service. Its up to you if the premium delivery would be worth it in your case.
