Have to order online or make an appointment to be walked in. personally if I were you I would buy Amazon or Walmart!!!!! I had to go 3 times to pickup what I ordered then made an appointment to discuss a problem. They give you 1 half our to shop, and we had to sit in the parking lot an extra 15 min before they came to get us!! It's a real pain I will not purchase from them again!! Masks are a must!

I noticed less customer service people while one was attempting to help 3 customers at one time. Perhaps it has more to do with profit margin than customer assistance. The tariffs may be affecting us in many ways. They will not be my first choice for electronics after my experience.

Please be more specific; best buy doesn't sell Laptop batteries or cell phone batteries. If you have a problem with your apple devices you're best off to either try their geek squad or look elsewhere. If you need a battery for devices like phones or laptops I highly recommend Batteries+Bulbs right down the road from best buy. If this is for apple TV remote batteries than yes they carry them.
