Where the cardio equipment is yes, but I think it may be best to stop in to get a feel for the gym

Class schedule is Monday through Thursday 6pm-8pm for adults. Tuesday through Thursday 530-630 for kids. Private lessons are available other times to be discussed between you and the coach
