CrossFit blends weight training, cardio, gymnastics, hiit, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, running, rowing, biking and more into workouts that help you lose weight, lose body fat and also build lean muscle. Lean muscle also helps you to lose weight and burn body fat, so its a win-win. The movements done in our group classes are always different, always intense, but always scalable so that the individual athlete gets the ideal workout for their fitness level to burn fat and lose weight.
Yes, in addition to our group CrossFit classes, we offer higher level Plus and Platinum memberships that include ongoing nutrition coaching, weekly mindset mastery small group Zoom coaching calls, weekly checkins with our mindset and nutrition specialist, monthly or quarterly in person deep dive goal setting sessions and review, body composition analysis and more! Our program focuses on your daily habits that will lead to consistency, which in turn will lead to results. We begin by getting to know you and help you set your vision for your desired health, lifestyle and fitness. Then we build out a plan together to ensure all of these things are in alignment and begin to develop the daily habits necessary to achieve them!
Yes! Our group class program has a highly effective strength program built into it that varies weekly, monthly and annually. Doing consistent strength training and having proper nutrition absolutely builds muscle. Eating the proper amount of protein, carbs and fats to support muscle gain are essential, no mater which training program you are doing. An awesome side effect of building muscle while doing CrossFit is that one of muscles primary purposes in your body is to also burn fat.

Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. A lot of people think they need to get in shape before they start CrossFit, but that is not true. CrossFit is the best and fastest way to get in shape, lose weight and fat as well as gain muscle.
