I am a Property Manager for a Homeowners Association. Weiser is an excellent company to work with, but i want to specifically highlight Tim Gritton, the account manager I work with. He is professional, polite and incredibly efficient. His follow up and follow through sets the bar and I am thankful to work with him.

No. Just floaters though they swear they're hiring dedicated officers. They'll float you around for months covering vacations before they put you somewhere super far away for little pay. They like to "keep their employees hungry" while 5 or 6 ops managers stand around the office telling jokes and socializing.
