Unfortunately my wife and I had a horrible experience here. Not sure what his name was but we visited on 4/29/22 @ 6:45pm and the clerk was extremely rude and wanted nothing to do with any of the customers and told us all that he would be "kicking us out in 15 minutes as the store would be closing soon." We had no idea what time the store closed when we walked in and the other customers seemed surprised at his behavior too. One guy even offered to buy him a coffee. He never even bothered to look in the back to see if the boots (8" size 12 black KingToes $$$) we were looking for were available. We just left without buying anything. Maybe the other Red Wings in area will have better service. If only I could buy what I wanted online without having to deal with clerks like this.

I went here because my feet were killing me plus my knees my ankles everything somebody told me about the inserts that they have for your shoes here and a machine that you stand on and they figure out what insert you need so I thought I would give it a try took about 30 minutes the machine picked what insert I needed in my shoes you put them in I put my work boots back on and started to walk around and it was totally different I'm a believer in these things now it doesn't hurt to walk anymore if anybody thinks that it could be a hoax don't believe it these things really work I would recommend it to anybody.
