The front desk help was a delight. Called the GM to get an early check-in approved which was awesome. But, upon getting into the room we noticed about 20-30 or so 1/2" black hairs on the bedsheets. It's evident that the sheets were not changed before getting our room as everything under the comforter looks like it had been slept on. I'm currently staying in the hotel and called the desk for new sheets. We shall see how long the wait is to get this rectified.

We don’t normally leave reviews, but our stay was so wonderful, we needed to share! Lori at the front desk, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Such a sweetheart. Everyone was kind, the rooms were clean and beautifully updated. The pool clean and warm. But it was Lori that made a lasting impact on us and our two year old who’s had a long two week road trip. She made her feel extra special and for that, we are grateful. You won’t regret your stay here!

Outstanding hotel! From the guy taking out the trash to the lady working the breakfast venue, everyone seemed happy to be there and exceptionally kind/ helpful! Rooms were clean and new and I have not one negative comment to leave!

I don’t usually leave reviews for hotels. But this hotel was excellent. The room was clean. The staff were quick to help anyway they could. They even helped us carry breakfast to our room without being asked. They had free extras for our kids that made their night! Overall this is a great place to stay!
