We were trying to do the East Bay bike path but I was having trouble with one of my tires. We rode to this shop and they not only fixed the tire, but also some twisted cables and the bike seat, all for no cost! Great service and nice people!

Don't think about buying a new e-bike from the best bike shop in New England. Just do it. You will not regret it. Rode 60 miles today. Battery almost died but it did not. Had a wonderful time as you could imagine. Thank you Phoebe and everyone at Trek Providence. You rock.

The service was awesome, friendly staff great attitude awesome service really. The staff was very informative about the products. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a nice smile and friendly manner. I give it a 100 % customer satisfaction. Even the staff that wasn’t attending me was friendly and helpful and nice and informative. Thank you!

Had a lot of positive experiences here and I regret that I am one of those that waits until a negative experience to leave a review but here we are… Made an appointment a week in advance for a tubeless conversion and dropped off my bike Friday evening and was told my bike would be the first thing that was worked on Saturday morning. Sunday afternoon I call to see if my bike is done, expecting them to say that they simply forgot to contact me. Nope, the bike was never even looked at. Granted they did expedite the process and had it done at 5 right as they were closing and hung around to get it to me but I was very disappointed because I use my bicycle for work and they knew this. If I had not called, my bike would not have been looked at until Tuesday because they are closed on mondays. I do believe this was the result of the actions of one employee but it still resulted in a negative experience with the service department. Shop small! Trek inc. does not need your money.
