I remember Macy's being the place to shop for good brands but now there's many unknown brands but with same prices of the traditional name brands,I hope Macy's get better soon because it was my first choice when shopping at the mall.

I went to the jewelry store in person inside Macys to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I wanted to buy a very nice one one man that works in jewelry store he sold me 500 dollars ring while I paid 800 dollars for better quality bigger diamond plus taxes. What a scam. He was lying that he give me a good deal and he asked me what you don’t believe me? I really thought that I can trust him but I couldn’t return it because he removed the tag from my ring plus they said that they have free resizing and then I had to go to another store to resize my ring and pay extra money . What a scam worst experience ever never buy there jewelry again. Thanks for your service

Horribly messy store. There was no reason it Shou have been so messy with the excess of employees standing around gossiping with each other. When I went to the counter to get an employees help with placing an order they told me they couldn't do it because they were too busy.
