So was seated and was taken cared, but I ordered coffee so when I got it coffee was warm not hot when I got a spoon to stir coffee with sugar the utensils was absolutely dirty gave me another was dirty then asked for a appetizers chicken tender with mozzarella sticks and onions ring it was soaked in grease the. Got my strawberry crepe my plate was dirty...never ever will go back that was the worst experience ever

I WISH I could leave NO STARS!!! Walked into IHOP on Tues, September 20th 2022 at 6:15pm. Two tables are seated and one man waiting on a to go order. The young lady at the counter gave us two menus and said she would be right with us. She gave the gentleman his to-go order and then proceeded to run food to another table. THEN she went on to clean off two dirty tables, all while leaving us in the waiting area and not saying a word to us. We gave her TEN MORE minutes to at least SEAT US....But NOOOOO. Needless to say, we just walked out at 6:40pm. WHY DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU TO DO EVERY SINGLE THING BEFORE YOU CAN AT LEAST SEAT US??? Over 30 minutes and waited in the lobby the entire time! Ridiculous. Customer service is a thing of the past.

servers were standing in front of us talking but we had to wait 10 min to get seated. waited 40 min for cold food when there was only 3 tables and servers excuse was that she was busy i was charged almost 13 dollars for a kid meal that its 6 dollars because it was ✨night ✨ and ended up having to pay 98 dollars for 2 kids meal pancakes and a grilled chesse As a server ive never complained at any restaurant because i understand how it can get but it was literally the worst experience ive ever had 😰
