I visited this KFC today after working a double, I ordered online on my way there, get in the drive thru to pick up and was rudely told I have to come inside to pick up my order. I don't understand why they stopped letting u pick up thru d.t. , it's extremely inconvenient and will def make me choose another restaurant next time. Part of the convenience of having a d.t. and online ordering is not having to park, go inside, and then fighting to get out of that parking spot. It would've been easier to not order online 😒 The food was ok, but I doubt I will be back.

Night shift sucks. 4th time ordering from KFC because they’re open later than Popeyes. 3/4 times they’ve missed stuff from the order or gave me the completely wrong order. This is the second time I was given the wrong order. Ordered a 2 drum 1 thigh combo and got a famous bowl. My fault for not double checking at the window from the last fiasco. Came back to get my actual order and they refused to give me what I paid for since it was an online pick up. Last time I’m coming here again.
