Anyone can go on the dock, but minors should be accompanied by an adult.
No, this is located on a private residential community and it states residents only, security cameras, no trespassing.. the boardwalk leads out to a covered dock that is up pretty high off the water. If you know someone that lives there, there is a nice pool and park tho.
