From start to finish the experience with Palm Casual has been one of those rare times when you say "WOW" and what else can I but from them. Mike was fantastic at the point of sale and great follow up pre delivery. Fred the delivery guy was so good. He noticed a problem with the chairs and before the day was out we had replacement chairs, delivered by another incredible service minded delivery person. Now to the quality of the furniture. We had previously purchased similar pieces from 2 companies and found them to be poor quality and returned them. The Quality of what we have from Palm Casual is miles above. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Palm Casual and especially Mike, Fred and the other two delivery guys (sorry I do not have their names).

The young lady that was working was very helpful. Low pressure sales which is nice. She just acknowledges your presence and tells you to let her know if you have any questions. I like that they repair furniture or cushions there and are a family run business. We purchased a patio set and are awaiting delivery.

Mike was VERY helpful in assisting us to find the perfect patio furniture. Showed us all of the styles we were interested in and we wound up ordering two chairs and an ottoman and will likely purchase more options later on to complete the set. 100% would recommend!
