The drs are great! Judy up front is very rude. Has been for many years to me and my husband. She never has compassion or empathy for anyone. She needs to be held accountable.

I was double billed for a wellness examination. First bill was sent to the HCA provider and paid in full by Medicare. Subsequently, and after receiving payment, a duplicate bill was also sent to my Medigap plan that stated I also owed the provider the same amount. Double billing should never have been done after payment in full by Medicare especially when Medicare said on their bill that I owed no further payment to the provider

i love the doctors .iget great care .My problem is with the woman that does the scheduling several times ive been given an appointment date and im either a day early or a day late. which the lastissue was this week. Iwas told my appt. was 3/8 at 11:20 when in fact it was the 7th.so i had to wait around an hour to see another doctor.the ladies at the front desk wasworking over time to get me seen.
