Horrible. I was treated less then civil from the time I called 911 to the time I pulled my iv out and walked out of that hospital. I will never call for help again.

The staff and physicians were amazing. Cindy and Tony were so kind and explained every step. My privacy and dignity where first and foremost. I'm thankful to have such caring and friendly care providers in Clay County. Thanks OPH for taking care of me!

My nefu had open heart surgery and had to drive himself for the operation. Lack of assistance and training was obvious.
All patients are entitled to know whom it is that it's entering their medical care. Suits are usually private practice medical providers...drs., ARNPs, PAs, and they should identify themselves, and should give you there business card, if they are private practice. They should also have hospital ID. If i were in your shoes, #1. Report them to ACHA... With the state of Florida. #2. Get legal counsel. #3. If you are the surviving next of kin, get chips of her medical records... Not abstracts... Everything... Including bills, which will also be helpful, b and chances are, you may find what all was wrong with her. If you care about your loved 's traffic death, v and treatment, which sounded torturous, in violation of Patien'ts Rights... Which are each of yours and mine tights if we are ever hospitalized. #4. You can also report them to JCAHO. PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE HEALTH CARE SURROGATE FORMS, AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!
My mom needed records from OPMC recently. We went to the information desk and asked - we received clear directions. We walked around the corner and up the hall, filled out a brief form from a friendly, helpful clerk and were on our way in about 5 minutes. We had the choice of email or regular mail delivery. Clerk said delivery was usually several days but could be as much as 2 weeks for snail mail.
I've never heard of something so disgusting from any hospital.
4im interested in the answer to this question as well
They're still putting patients in shared rooms with the pandemic occurring?
Depends. There is a trauma pediatric :, cardio and surgical intensive care units
Never let them talk down to you! You're the one paying them. I don't care how old or how young you are.
I don't think so but call and ask.
How would I know?
I'm not sure but possibly. I'd call and ask
They're not keeping you there to take your money they're keeping you there to make you better
Too bad, so sad, tell it to someone who works for OP medical. This is Google maps, not op medical. Try calling them.
Yes they do
I appreciate what u r trying to say, but it isn't legible, I can't understand the questions, and u should call the hospital or doctors office maybe even the insurance company. We can't give u this kind advice, we don't work for Orange park medical. This is Google maps.
No thanx
Sir, i'm not sure what ur saying here??? But it doesn't sound good. Sorry to hear.
