If I could give 0 stars I would, the business team up front is rude and not helpful at alll they called the day before demanding my insurance information and was told if I didn’t. Have it they would cancel my appointment… what if I don’t have insurance are you saying you don’t accept cash! I arrived at my appointment I was a few min late if you know the area blanding is a nightmare and their location is hard to get in and out of when I went to check in I was told let me see if the dr is still here mind you it’s 4 in the afternoon and they close at 6 I could see and hear the business team speaking to the dr in the hallway and was then turned away. Working in the medical field myself I would never treat a patient with such disregard.. save yourself some time and find a place that likes to provide world class patient care because this location is NOT it!!!

I want to premise this that the optometrist was phenomenal, I had a great and professional eye exam! The front of the house though, the people where they make all their money selling eyeglasses were completely substandard. I was directed to the wall where I could pick out frames, and the sales woman sat down. Every single pair of try on glasses were filthy! I could not see out of the lenses, every single one were smudged with dirty fingerprints. She told me to leave the glasses I tried on in a basket, presumably so she could clean them between customers due to Covid. Laughable. The sales lady hustled me through the rest of the process after I picked out the frames I chose. Barely measured and fitted the frames. Took like two minutes. As I was in the neighborhood today, three weeks later, I called them to see if my glasses were done, and I was told they were. I was never contacted! I went in and was handed my glasses, and I had to find my own mirror to try them on. Inevitably a different salesman sat at his table and as I tried them on I told him they looked a little crooked. He looked at me and said no they're not. I also told him they did not fit very well over my ears, and were very tight. He had no reply . I was not given a receipt, nor a copy of my prescription that I asked for. The store is in the business of selling eyeglasses, and the staff is very unenthusiastic, and not very energetic and willing to help. I guess it depends on the day and who's there, but I went on Saturdays both times, and either time they were not busy at all. Disappointing!

I left work to arrive 15min early for the incorrect appt time; I was told the appt was 420p but was really 440p....didn't see doctor until 520p. Plus my child's information was incorrect, and they thought we were just coming in for glasses fitting...so disorganized. Dr. Jenna Rogers was super rude, speaking over me when I was asking questions, very ingenious, short & rushy. This low quality customer service would be fine at a fast food place, would've never expected this experience for a doctor's appointment...this is my child's eye care! I should've just waited until Target Optical had an appointment available!
