Nighttime manager is disrespectful to customers and unhinged, avoid this location

Ada dollar - night store manager is disrespectful and rude. Takes forever to get food out, and acts as if it’s a hassle. Gets frustrated with rewards (I’ve visited multiple times and always have issues with her) gentlemen cooking the food is cross contaminating his gloves with counter items and personal items, as well as rubbing his beard while handling food and it not being wrapped up. Higher up needs to take over. I drive to San Jose just to avoid this nasty location with unkept workers

Ordered milkshakes with our meals. Milkshakes came out like water. Asked if they could be remade, and the girl was so nonchalant about it, she just shrugged her shoulders and yhen asked what the flavors were. When our good came out my burger was super cold, the cheese wasn't even melted on it. Was finished with our meals before the shakes ever came out. We use to live this place. But will not be returning to this location.
