This job was ok. It's a stepping stone to your next job nothing more nothing less.

Toxic work culture. Managers sleeping with associates. The company values contracts (money) over its actual employees. They do not offer time off. You accrue like an hour per paycheck after 90 days (might actually be less than an hour) and if you want to request time off youre expected to make up hours lost throughout the week. Vacation? Funny. Sick time? A joke. Changed peoples schedule without prior notice. Only really accommodated those with kids and some people with school schedules. So if you're expecting a work life balance you wont get it here. Couldnt tell you about the health benefits but I could only assume its a joke based on the other benefits. There was no HR when i worked there so if you have serious issues with a manager its unlikely to get really addressed. I mean if you want to be treated like a robot with no time off, no respect, no culture. By all means, take the job

My suggestion is to stay far away. Or make this employer a temporary place to earn money.

This place is trash. I'd advise anyone to not go here unless they need a quick job while they are looking for something else.
Better off elsewhere no insurance for a year and then another 6 months to wait for it. Go somewhere else and be happier. And they pay so little.
You'll need to go to the website itself to call. Thing is though, you won't get the right department, and the recruiters can't help you out at this point. Still applies in 2022, unfortunately. The only time I got a working call back was when they were demanding to .return equipment, when I've already done that in the same month
Alorica will treat you like cattle. Bathroom breaks will come out of your already measly 30 minutes for lunch. When there is a hurricane warning they will still expect you to be at work at the exact time even if it is dangerous outside. If the office has no choice but to close they will make sure to not tell you so you end up driving through the hurricane for nothing. There is no holiday pay, either you will not work on the holiday or they will figure out how to not pay any extra. You are either never offered over time, or if you somehow do go over 40 hours, that time will magically disappear from your timecard and you won't be compensated. Also, you are expected to be at work and at your desk at least 15 minutes before you you clock in so that the slow old computer from 2007 can load your applications. But you are not paid for this time
Yes, alorica now pays for the 3 minutes to log in. You can clock in 5 minutes early, so just do that and you won't have issues. Yes they also pay you for any time a call takes you past your scheduled hours. ALL time in training is paid. You won't need to study off clock or anything if you pay attention in training.
There's not enough medical marijuana on earth to reduce the anxiety, stress and frustration this place will give you. There is no communication at alorica, it's extremely dysfunctional
Alorica is run by crooks so they should be able to work with your friend
They handle Apple, US Bank, Samsung, Goldbank, and quite more. Hopefully you're able to land yourself a job that doesn't require sales and mainly focuses on customer service.
I seen no cells, food allowed in workplace? Strict about being available for calls? Sounds like your changed to the desk/phone on the reviews
