I seen no cells, food allowed in workplace? Strict about being available for calls? Sounds like your changed to the desk/phone on the reviews

No overtime. Low pay. Managers make sure you don’t get paid for all your sales. You will not meet the numbers they want and they will not pay you the bonus if you do. You cannot use the restroom it’s taken out of your break/lunch time . It’s a very punitive environment. Do not recommend. Managers are awful.

I have been diligently proactively aggressively pursuing gainful employment with this company and have received many emails from ALORICA, but each time I have interviews with the human resource and there manager just to face myself being discriminated against. I don't recommend this company

They started me at 11.50 but all the new hires informed me that they are starting off at 10.50 you will definitely get 40hrs per week...you can get overtime only when it is offered which is never...you get a bonus off your quality scores

Work a customer service job, not a sales job. You'll have better stable income. You won't get paid bonuses, and you'll get paid little for overtime. Bonuses will only come as a "cents raise" after you graduate from taking two tests at the end of your training into your nesting period. Your nesting period is also treated like a test, if you don't have the exemplary grades, you won't make it to production week. Bathroom breaks/lunches are not paid. If you want to work for either of these clients, you should apply on the official company site, not through Alorica. I've seen more stable income and environments come through first-party.

Depends on the department you applied for. Its a full 40 but your treated as a part time employee for a year before you get full time benefits. You are chained to your desk, it is a call center so common sense here. Overtime generally happens via going over on you time because your stuck on a call or you worked thru your lunch. Survey bonus vary depending on dept.
