I know Alorica allows 3 min to log in to your systems while it takes 5 or more min do they pay you for that time? also do they pay overtime when you get a last min call and have to stay over? are there times in training like studying and not paid?

Yes, alorica now pays for the 3 minutes to log in. You can clock in 5 minutes early, so just do that and you won't have issues. Yes they also pay you for any time a call takes you past your scheduled hours. ALL time in training is paid. You won't need to study off clock or anything if you pay attention in training.

Always clock in 5 minutes early so you get your money's worth. Yes, you get paid over time when you get a last minute call. All of training is paid. If you need to miss time, they'll find a way to boot you out for no reason. Keep track of your time.
