I went to see a friend and overall it's a really nice place. Everyone seemed friendly.

I lived here a year and a half. The negative reviews are objectively accurate. Endless roaches coming in from the walls. Even if you kill all the ones in your unit more enter from the adjacent apartments. Parking lot was poorly designed so there isn't enough parking. Management's solution to the limited parking is non stop towing of cars. It is impossible to have anyone visit you because the tiny guest parking area on the other side of the property is constantly full. AND, I'm not even going to get started on the front gate problems!

This place is a complete lie. They boast security and safety which they spend most of the HOA on yet on my families first night someone keyed their car from front to back ! But they claim security is tight and nothing happens. Also “no stranger comes inside this community “ not even mentioning Neighbors disrupting community till 4am with a party as well.

This is a best place to leave If you like the order. I move here last October 2021 and I love it!!! Thanks to the HOA members for all you do to keep a nice place clean and secure for all of the residents.
