I moved in a little while ago. It should have been smooth, but the office lost the paperwork. On many occasions I have visited the office and sent emails for more information regarding the amenties and services they offer. I have yet to get a single reply to any of my resident queries. It's like once I moved in, they no longer needed to acknowledge me. When I do receive communications from the office, it is always a letter stuffed into my door. It reads in all caps, highlighted in yellow everywhere, and worded in a very angry tone. My music is loud. I cannot have a floormat outside my door. Water from my plants on the patio drips onto the patio below. But now I know the phone calls are way worse, so I don't even answer the phone for them. I'd rather get the nasty letters 😅 I am not sure why the staff at this complex behave so unprofessionally. A couple weeks ago, they cut the internet for hours in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Boy was that awkward to explain to my boss. Today, the maintenance guy decides to unlock my door and walk right in while I am in the middle of a work call. I'm pretty sure that was illegal.

I just deliver stuff here. AMAZING place! If I could afford to live here, I totally would. Seems like a dream in there.

Wow, where can I start from the place its amazing. From the viewing to moving in. Trust me if I say coming from a single family home and after looking around other properties. I had an amazing tour from De Andrea Williams , from the being to the moving he was very help. And the leasing process was made so easy and professionally done with good communication skills. Overall great location with nice amenities, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

New overprice apartments. Very nice
