I had the opportunity to receive training as a nurse practitioner at Alonso Medical and Wellness Center. I had a wonderful experience with the office. Dr. Luz Alonso was excellent, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They are willing to help others and share the knowledge they have. I was able to see the outstanding quality of care they bring to their patient. I need to say Dr. Alonso and her team are great people. I had the opportunity to train as a nurse practitioner with Ariel Casillas. Mr. Ariel Casillas APRN is amazing. He provides good medical care to his patients, but he also has his patients' best interests at heart. It is rare to find a provider that combines such personal touches with excellent quality care for their patients. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

I would love to say great things about this place but I can't. As for Dr.Ken and his wife: Never was able to get an appt. I'd probably meet the president of USA before I can see them. The nurse practitioner was ok. I requested to see a specialist back in Dec 2021. I've called the office of the specialist and back and forth. No one is ever on the same page. Pass the bucket.. They sent me to get blood work. The NP checked her laptop and gave me a referral. The girls in the front said that I don't need to fast for the blood work. Of course the blood work was inaccurate. A couple of weeks go by. A$270dollar bill. I called my insurance. They said my doctor office has to request an approval and/or some codes SMH I have no idea what to do. I went to speak to the person in billing. They were rude, had a nasty attitude with a smirk on her face as if I was telling her something funny. I got no where. Went a second time so I can address this issue.there was another lady telling the front desk of the same issue I was having. it's disgusting that this office makes sure that they do as little as possible. These people don't care about the regular people. This is a SPA & WELLNESS CENTER. At this place if you're not getting pricey procedures/injectables then you don't matter. Anyone looking for a great place to take the parents THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU.Now I'm stuck with a 270$bill.

I have been seeing Dr. Ken Alonso for several years now. He is incredible! He always takes his time and you can tell he truly cares. So grateful to have found him!
