7/17/22 Update: we called the customer service number as requested by ow er reply and explained the situation. We’re told “sorry, nothing we can do”. Zero stars. Save the headache and shop elsewhere. Admittedly, this type of shoe isn’t my normal area of expertise (I’m more of a Birkenstocks type human), but today, my 16 year old dropped $180 of HIS earned money on a pair of Jordans. Upon getting them home, he discovered, were destroyed. They look like rodents chewed them. In some places, it’s nearly all the way through. He called (sadly didn’t get a name but 7/14/22 in the afternoon), and was told “nothing we can do man” and “if we trade out those from another pair, we screw someone else”. Huh? Sooo, it’s ok to “screw” the 16 year old kid spending his own cash, but not the next person? How about you get new laces from Nike or whoever you get the shoes from? After that call, I explained to call back and ask to speak to a mgr because that just seemed absurd to me. Same guy answers phone “yo, what’s up?” Errrr. Ok. Super professional. He tells my son he “is a mgr and every mgr is going to tell him the same thing”. Moral of the story: there are far too many other places to buy shoes in person and online to buy them someplace that is ok with selling defective items and being able to “do nothing” about it. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Cool, service customer is very nice

At first i was being helped by a kind and respectful sales rep named santos. He helped find a shoe that best accommodated my needs. I was needing a shoe perfect for running and santos found the last pair my size on display. On top of them being display upon further inspecting them i notice a flaw in the fabric that is significantly noticeable so i ask nicely for a reduced price or discount and jorge the manager immediately dismisses me saying he will not be able to because the “shoes are black” even though they were obviously affected by being on display and being touched around and tried on. It begins me asking politely to work with me and take into consideration what i was saying but instead jorge continued arguing with me and proceeded to get rude when i asked for a manager and told me he was the manager. Im not one to leave reviews over little things but come on, work with your customers i come here all the time to get shoes and get treated like this? Horrible experience i will be going to FootLocker
