The entire Staff at 410 e semaron blvd suite #1000 in altamonte springs Florida, are racist , judgemental, and unprofessional people, i was racially profiled and humiliated and sent through the worst experience of my life due to the staff that was working 8/28/2022 at 5 pm... they need to be fired and not working with people!! They have ruined alot of things for me and put me in a major setback and choose who they want to be nice to and help!

I was told one thing on the phone, when I arrived at Verizon none of what I was told about the phone plan was true. Horrible not even available what I was told on the phone by a customer service rep. In North Carolina, terrible experience.

I stopped today inquiring about an offer they had after I was sent from another location just to be told that they were not even aware of it. This is a corporate location! They just got rid of me! Very disappointed and glad I am with Spectrum.
