They have a pool and laundry mat, nice right? Sure as long as you can use it M-F 9am to 5pm. ONLY OPEN DURING OFFICE HOURS. Families live here, most work I imagine. So they don't get pool or laundry uses?! Also if you are bringing RV, don't expect proof of address from them. You may pay lot rent every 30 days. (On the dot, no late fee, no exceptions-SAME DAY TOW SERVICE!) You can not have kids catch school bus if can not get anything in writing. Pay extra to get mail. They expect you to cut your own lawn (small patch that runs along each side of unit) as well. All RVs come equipped with mowers ya know. Have visitors, they can not use pool or laundry unless you remain with them. No exceptions there either. They realize they are a mobile home community/ RV lot rental that accept all ages right?! Unreal.

I know from past experience they will put in notice on your vehicle if it's not registered. And then it will get towed. They give you a few days to fix the issue. Rightfully so do to you are supposed to have your vehicles all registered there.

You may feed all the cats you want... We are currently working on trapping spading and neutering all the cats in the park that are not fixed and returning them back to where they were after they are spayed and neutered 😊😊😊 so yes this is a cat friendly Park after they are spayed and neutered 😁😁

Yes definitely pet friendly. And depends what mobile home , where at in the park is it located , but honestly there are not crazy low prices. Prices any ole' mobile home would be. Honestly If it's just you , it's not a bad place to live....
Sad situation. Alot of beautiful, fixed cats that are starving because cats are not allowed to be fed outside. Horrible, shameful, cruel.
I do go there a lot. I have a few people that I'm friends with , that live there. Also people who has left , been kicked out , and has just been kicked out. A lot of people there are not the type of people you want to be around. They are nasty , it's very unsanitary , and it's unsafe for you or your children. I'd pass on that one. But I can't tell you why the water is off. Probably because the owners are having issues with their pipes and/or issues with the bill(s) .
