My mom moved to Arbor Terrace in November 2021 and couldn't we couldn't be happier! The most important characteristic is the love and attention that the staff offers to the residents. They also communicate beautifully with us about things that they observe and make recommendations for us to improve her quality of life. The building is well cared for and clean, meals are imaginative and delicious and activities are well designed. Coming from another community before arriving at Arbor Terrace, we can say that none of these things can be taken for granted and feel so at ease knowing that she is with a community of this quality makes all the difference. Thanks to everyone at Arbor Terrace AND the wonderful residents that add to the warm environment.

Love Arbor Terrace! My Mom has thrived at Arbor Terrace. She came there in a wheelchair and now we have to remind her to use her walker! The staff is kind and responsive to Mom’s needs and our requests. From helping us with long term care insurance forms to daily activities, they couldn’t be better. Mom’s favorite part of Arbor Terrace is all the activities! She always tells me, “They keep us very busy here.” Mom often starts the day with chair aerobics, attends a meditation class or informative travel talk, plays games, attends movies, and has even done crafts. Sip and Paint Night, an upcoming trip to Toby’s Dinner Theater, and holiday parties are other fun events. I could live there! Special thanks to Kat T. for going above and beyond for the residents!! (If you can, stop by before the holiday decorations come down. Every room has holiday cheer!) In short: I highly recommend Arbor Terrace. It is a safe, friendly, caring, enriching environment for adults who need extra care and support. Most impressive is the way staff individualizes support according to each residents’ needs.

My mom has been at Arbor Terrace since they first opened in 2019. We have seen turnover of all but one of their upper management, which can be a bit disheartening; yet, I hear this is par for the course, when a new community opens. I feel the dust has pretty much settled now and, despite all of that internal unrest, I have always felt mom's best interests & care were a priority. In addition to their growing pains, the community was then hit with good 'ol COVID-19. I think they did a bang up job (& are continuing to do so) maintaining the health & safety of the residents & staff. It fills my heart, and relieves my mind & stress; to know that my mom is in an environment that does their best to provide her a safe, comfortable & healthy home away from home.

My family and I have love it here, the since of belonging is extended to everyone. Placing my Mom in a memory care facility was the hardest thing that I've had to experience, when we first walked into Arbor Terrace I knew instantly that this was the right place for her and it would be a wonderful place to live. Residents and staff greeted us with smiles and were very welcoming.
