Came in to find a Valentine’s Day outfit for my daughter. There were 3 employees, 2 of them standing at the front door but neither of them greeted us. We were the only customers in the store. We walked around for a few minutes and nobody asked if we needed help. The 2 at the front were too busy talking about their booster shot to even notice. Left empty handed.

My father loves this place so much. He gets my kids clothes from here all the time. Even the people who work there know him by name. But y'all, the clothes from there last a long time and they stretch real good for growth. My 10 month old can still wear 6 month shirts from Carter's because of the stretch. I like that Carters is its own brand and there are no logo's.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
You or whoever you designated as your pickup person while ordering can pick up your order.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
