I came to the Banner Health Clinic in Wellington when I couldn't find a clinic to take me in Cheyenne when I thought I had pneumonia. Dr. Hoffman was fantastic and made me feel comfortable. She diagnosed me with acute bronchitis and I trust her discretion. 100% worth the 35 minute drive.

Their hours online and on their phone service are WAY wrong , no one hardly answers, and seem to have very limited services and hours of operation. Will be looking for a new pcp for our kiddos.

I made an appointment. Had to wait 3 days for them to see me, no problem there. When I arrived I was told the doctor was not seeing sick patients. What kind of doctor can't treat the sick. Hippocrates would roll over in his grave. Banner health is by far the worst organization for any medical services necessary. Shame on Sheena crow and shame on banner health.

Medicare (patients who are over 65 or with state/federal recognized disabilities) are most welcome at this clinic! Medicaid (state aid) depends on your location and county. Best to call the clinic for more information to anyone reading that has Medicaid.
Banner accepts most Commercial Insurance plans. It's best to always call your insurance customer service line which is located on the back of your insurance card. Give them the provider's name, at Wellington its Sheena Crowe who is a Family's Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and they can do a quick search to see if they are in network.
