Hello Sherry! Yes, we do accept Silver Sneakers. Hours to come in for a tour and get started are Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM, and Monday through Thursday 5 PM to 7:30 PM. We look forward to serving you!
You can absolutely bring a guest! It just has to be during business hours (when there is a person at the front desk). This is due to insurance reasons. I think it's just $5; they will just have to sign a waiver. :)
Hello Neil! Nobody knows for sure, but for now most Medicare advantage plan members will retain access to Silver sneakers in the near future. You would have to contact them directly, and we will notify you if your silver sneakers membership is discontinued.
They do offer yoga classes. I usually go Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45, but I think they have other times as well. You can find that information on their website
