All of the staff members have attitudes. No matter how polite you are to them they all snap back with attitude. They are vey unfriendly towards me and my father who is a patient there. Not only are they rude, but most staff is misinformed or not informed at all on basic information about the place. All of a sudden the women at the front desk don't know the code for the quart yard. They pick and choose what family members of patients they share this code with. --It took three different people to find someone that could help my dad get to the bathroom. Why does it take that long? nobody wants to do it? The staff use smacking as a way to wake up their patents. My fathers roommate can't vocalize too much and they way he is treated is heartbreaking. They smack his legs to wake him up, pretty much yell at him to wake up. rip the covers off from over his head. This whole place is a mess, The "menu option" isn't real, the cafeteria is constantly out of things. Half the time the don't come back and even ask what my dad wants off the menu. it's just to ease our minds as family member the illusion of choice is what they're given. I've tried being friendly with the staff but it's discouraging when they all talk back sarcastic and mean. If you don't want to help people why are you in this field?

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
