Brentwood Golf Course

My friend and I have been going to another public golf course for him to play golf and it was right in our community and had been open to the public for a very long time and we were told that they were closing. We really loved this golf course so much. So we went online to find another golf course to play on and we found Brentwood Golf Course. We went there and it is a 9 hole course that is very well kept and the staff that works there are very friendly. They have a 2 hole practice putting green and a huge driving range. The prices for 9 holes are very reasonable. They have recently began to have Twilight golf that begins at 4pm daily. The golf cart rates are reasonable as well. Holes 1 thru 6 are on one side of the course and holes 2-5 are on the other side. To get to holes 2-5 are up the hill to the right and over the bridge and down the hill. If you like a challenging course, this is the one for you. Have fun!

If I could write well, I’d write a love letter to Brentwood. My home course, the weekend warrior’s bastion, and the friendliest and most down to earth staff. I’ve been enjoying Brentwood for three years now, and over that time I’ve seen the greens and fairways improve a great deal. The conditions always seem to be improving (golf cart availability has gone way up) and the management does a great job with The First Tee of Jacksonville. This is a nine-hole course, with one par five and an assortment of par threes and fours. The best price is signing up for a tee time through Brentwood’s website, and walking 18 is nice due to the brevity of the course. I can’t wait to bring my son to learn to golf here, it’s a local Jacksonville staple, and a great round of golf. Also buy some beers from Lonnie at the clubhouse, he’s a great guy!
