I'm on a HS track team. It's track and basketball season, so the court will usually be occupied. I doubt you'll be able to unless you're either on a team, get authorized to do so, or are comfortable playing in the middle of a bunch of different track teams training.

Hi, I have a question, do I need to have a registration to enter or am I allowed entry publicly to play basketball?
