Exceeded expectations. Had a one night stay on our West coast to East coast move. They were sweet when we called to reserve a site and when we showed up late (10pm) we were still greeted by someone and they immediately showed us to our spot. We were up on the top (site 16), it was okay, perfect for a single night. But the sites around the lake were absolutely gorgeous, definitely a place you could stay for a few days or more. My only complaint was that the water hook ups were a little murky, but we have a filter so it wasn't too big of an issue. The bathrooms and laundry were clean, except for a few mosquitoe larvae, but that's to be expected in Virginia even in March. And when a storm came in and delayed our leaving, they were understanding of our late check-out and sweet as pie. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Very clean, well kept, quiet campground! The (newish) owners can constantly be seen working to upkeep and make improvements! The pool is always clean! There are 2 playgrounds. Fishing. We saw bass and blue gills....the lake water is so clear. We love staying here! We live in the same county, but it feels like vacation when we camp here! Great place to take a vacation or a mini-staycation. Or long term camping. There were several campers that are here for work. Those are very quiet folks. See them come in after work, they leave very early in the am. There's something for everyone here!!!

This has been such an awesome place for our family! Everyone has been so nice and friendly! Carrie and Paul up front are so welcoming and sweet. And Tom the owner has become my toddlers best friend lol. The grounds are very well kept. Very family friendly and nice sites. There's a nice pond, nice pool, playground, a kitchen you can order food (my kids love the pizza) and hiking trail. We have been to many campgrounds and this has been our favorite! Carrie is absolutely awesome!!!! We will be back!!

Nice campground with friendly staff and clean facilities. They have a little kitchen you can order food from. I got a burger and fries and thought it was a really good value for the price! I had a good lakefront spot and was close to the dock and enjoying taking my kayak around for a few laps around the lake. I unfortunately had some very noisy neighbors but it seemed like they were run off right around 10:00pm when the quiet hours started and they weren't there when I got up the next day. I would definitely stop by and stay here again.

Yes the park is pet friendly
Yes but slow
We have both permeant sites and seasonal sites. Perm is if your going to live there it's $421.20 plus electric a month Seasonal is if you want to park your RV and visit 2-3 times a week or during the month. They are $336.96 a month plus electric. And the electric is based on how much you use each site has its own electric meter
I think it is 450.00 plus electric
Id recommend calling and speaking to management. Not sure.
Ok thanks because its 5 adults an 2 kids
There's been some big catches in that lake over the years, just go inside the office/store and look on the wall at all the pictures!
$7.50 for adults, and $4.00 under 11.
When you pay for swimming you get a wrist band (if it still works the same as it used to) and that will be your pass for the day so you can leave and return. As for fishing I don't know.
Yes we are open year round and would love you to come visit us. We also have beautiful cabins small and large.and plenty of room for large and small rv.come and visit.
