My name is Farida Gaybullaeva I applied for an apartment and paid the application fee $300 and they contacted me and told me I was approved this more than 2 weeks ago and every day I call them asking them to email me the lease they say yes but I never received anything tomorrow I suppose to move in and still didn't hear anything back
coffee cloudy
I like the apartment, but I have been here for three months and certain things are never fixed. Billiard room is forever under renovation ( nothing change but just close the door with stuffs ) Gym machines are always unable to use ( only switch on one machine, they just turn off the rest then what is the reason u put the gym out there where no one can use a thing ) Pool is not clean, so u you can sit there and relax only. We paid $1450 for one bedroom apartment and I believe we deserve amenities to be fully functional. Thank you.

Ever since they changed ownership of the complex, it has been hell to live here. "Renovations" have taken months now with no end in sight. And all it's doing is causing our parking to be horrible, us to not have things on our patio, and gotten wet paint on some of the other tenants clothes. It's cheap and the renovations are only to make it look better with new paint coats and that's it. They have taken our recycling away which is horrible. And they refuse to fix the giant potholes that our complex is ridden with. The potholes instead just blow your tire out. They have gone downhill so fast, cheap, not worth the increase in rent, and don't even try calling they never respond.
