Got my oil changed here. The tech didn't tighten my drain plug all the way and all the oil drained out of my car. This made a big mess on my lower engine cover. This also resulted in my car engine beginning to misfire. In the end this was more costly than just a new oil change because I had to replace several spark plugs to correct the misfires. Not to mention any possible damage to the engine's internal components. Maintenance is supposed to preserve the life of your vehicle, not put you into a situation where you are compromising the integrity of your vehicle. Especially when you put your vehicle maintenance in the hands of someone else. I would not recommend this place to anybody. UPDATE 8/27/22: I have contacted the corporate email that was provided under my review with the requested information several times. NOBODY even responded back. Do you know what that tells me? They really don't care about quality control let alone customer service. This shop is a joke.
