As far as dairy queens go this one is average. The freezer case where cakes and sundries go was empty. The person at the counter was being overrun by the number of customers, and a manager left the rush to go count drawers so it seems more help is needed.

This Dairy Queen has been struggling for a while. They never seem to have enough help and the service is very slow. Tonight I ordered a sundae and the when it came all of the sauce was on one side. I asked why it was like that and she just said, "Our stuff is messed up." And it was over $4.00 for a small sundae! When mistakes are made they just act as if you are lucky to get their food at all. Poor service and overpriced food.

Caramel in sundae was burnt (r the bottle was melted into it). I tasted the pieces that didn't look like caramel and it took a whole cup of water to even start to get the taste out of my mouth, didn't taste anything like caramel. Luckily they refunded without issue, this raises to 2 stars. PS: The ice cream under the caramel was great but I didn't eat it given the issue.

1/2 Hour later and still waiting for our food. Worse experience ever! (People after us even waited 15 minutes for 2 ice cream cones). …. Update: 35 minutes after we ordered we finally received it but not very warm. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star at this moment.
