I was on vacation and stopped in Lexington VA called in curbside to bring back to the hotel. First it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. We had order a lot of food and came to 65 dollars. We order chicken wings bone in, very dried out no taste. Next was chicken quesadilla that had nothing in them but maybe two to three pieces of chicken hardly any cheese . French fries were so floppy not crispy. Mac and cheese was rigatoni with some bland sauce didn't taste like cheese. The crispy chicken and Mac and cheese was not as bad but the chicken in pic was cut chicken pieces and we received a patty on top of mac and cheese. I was so disappointed ☹️ And of course upset we spent all this money. Ruby Tuesday you should be ashamed serving this at those prices. So if Lexington VA do not eat at Ruby Tuesday.

My wife and I have dined at Ruby Tuesday for a number of years. However over the last several months the service and food quality has deteriorated. For Fathers Day we ordered a curbside pick-up which included a $23 triple play. Lacking from the Meal was the shrimp and a side backed potato. Also the food quality and packing was subpar. I called right away and was told someone would call me back. Six hours later I received a call. No apology. Did offer to replace the shrimp and potato if I retired to the restaurant The last straw. No more Ruby Tuesday fo us.

We came in to eat as a table of 4 and the host told us there is a 10 minute wait when they weren’t even busy but ok that was fine, we said we will be outside for a minute and be right back. While my friend was smoking, we notice people just start pouring in so we decided to go in but not come back outside. We decided to go check on our seating status and the host who told us 10 minutes had put all the other tables in front of us and already seated half of the people. When we complained to the manager about the protocol she said she would do one of our drinks free 🙄. They didn’t have the salad bar, which was another disappointment and the whole reason for us wanting to go there.. I ordered the prime rib steak and after 2 bites, I realized it was rotten! The server agreed with me that it smelled aweful and removed my plate immediately 🤢 but the manager came out and wanted to argue that there was nothing wrong with it. When I started to explain that I’m a USDA food inspector at a slaughter facility and my friends had also been in the meat processing industry, she got an attitude and just stormed off! It was like pulling teeth to get that $25 steak off my bill and get out of there when I had lost my complete appetite and just wanted to go to my hotel and vomit 🤮. This is officially the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had!!!

My girlfriend and I went for lunch and got the salad bar which was really awesome. They had one of the best varieties I've seen and all the food was fresh and tasted great. Our server Krysten Stoker was kind, courteous and professional. She was attentive without being invasive and we were able to relax and enjoy our meal. It's a bit pricey but worth it. The sweet tea was good and didn't taste like it was old or over brewed, a common problem with most restaurants. Over all I enjoyed eating here and would definitely recommend it.
