I get my blood drawn frequently and despite there being several Quest labs that are closer to my residence, I continue to go back to this location because of the incredible interactions I have had with the staff. Nia is an absolute angel! Not only is she amazing at her job, she is extremely compassionate and understanding and was able to help me get past my fear of needles. Nia has brought me an incredible amount of comfort while I was going through very difficult times; she has reminded me that there are still some caring, honest people in this world.

Arrived for 8:40 am. appointment, could hear a staff member yelling about how many customers in lobby. A customer prior to me had asked staff Claires..( spelling may be different ) why he hadn't been called , she argued w/ customer... he had opted to wait outside of busy lobby, to receive text, which they didn't do. He left. He waited over 1 hour. I was next on the monitor to be called and was being skiped over 2 times, (45 min.) I asked same staff member, Claires why ? She got angry, said if i didnt like it "go somewhere else", said she was "calling customers that would be quicker". Later she told all customers (who all are by appointment only, for that location)...in loby they could go to other locations, then she called Ms. Sherly at other location, said she's being cursed out, (not by me) and about to walk out."nobody best knock on the door asking how long is the wait." This Staff member needs repramand / training, or get out of customer service !
