Made an appointment a week in advance for prenatal glucose test, had a confirmation email and did all I needed to prepare. Got there today and it is kiosk sign in only, well it wasn’t reading my confirmation code so I requested help signing in. Waited another 15 min (mind you this is a time sensitive test) two others came in having the same issues. Finally a staff member came out and very rudely let us know no walk ins were accepted and we needed to make an appointment. I said I had an appointment but it wasn’t showing and went to show her the confirmation email to prove it, she refused to acknowledge it and said if it’s not on the kiosk it’s not her problem and we could leave or wait for the next available appointment 2 hours later. I told her my test was time sensitive and she proceeded to yell at me I could leave or wait. The others went to argue with her but I just left. I have never had this experience at any other quest facilities and am sad to see I’m not the only one being treated similarly.

I came into an unscheduled drug test for my employer 3 minutes before they stopped doing drug tests (they stop doing drug tests early, I think at 3:00 or 3:30). Yet despite that they gladly took me in with a smile on their face. Was out within 15 minutes.

UPDATE 8/29/22: I have still not heard from anyone. A lady did leave a message and made several attempts to return her call. Just got ghosted. Quest sucks and unfortunately I am stuck with them. The woman who took my blood was extremely hateful. She told me she couldn't draw my blood because my arms were "too meaty " she chastised me for not being able to make a fist, I have rheumatoid and it's difficult. I felt violated and humiliated- I have never had any issues taking my blood ever!!! Then she passed me to someone else. I have called corporate and mentioned this on my survey, but nobody has reached out.
