I don’t know why I signed this place out tonight bc my wife had already suggested Culver’s & I regret not going there instead. This place isn’t all that. And the kids that work here aren’t all that either. “Of course we need spoons” bring your own spoon if you mind making second trips to the window.

Normally nothing but amazing things from them. However we arrived about 6-10min before close and there was a big family in front of us so we didn't order till about 9:05, as we were ordering they were rushing to get the ice cream out to us. However I ordered a cubby paw for my 3 year old and they literally chucked it out the window and the lid flew off. Wasn't going to say anything because it wasn't worth it. My peanut butter mt, I asked for extra peanut butter, didnt get that either. I understand it's closing time but between us and the other two families it was money for your business and this customer service was down right disgusting. Do better...cause I know you guys are...

We have single service walk up windows and no indoor seating. Our patio is marked off in 6 feet places. Our tables are 6 feet apart. We have fencing that keeps the customer in social distancing. Our entrances are marked to go one direction to keep customer in a flow around the building. Our employees take their temperature before clocking in and wash their hands frequently. We sanitize the counter after each guest. We also provide curb side service and third party delivery.
