Working with Next Level Tech has been great for our team. Being a younger company in a bit of a start up phase, it's been great having the IT portion (licensing, software, hardware, etc.) taken off our plate. We/I work directly with Ken Kropp. Coming from my previous job(s), I've never really had a very strong IT department or point of contact. Often I would end up being the "IT Guy" which would take away from my normal work. Ken has changed our expectation of support completely. It's been quick, easy, and painless. When something like licensing or issues obtaining hardware comes up, Ken is in front of it and gets us the information we need to make informed business decisions.

We will work with your IT service vendors (internet provider, cell data provider, copier company, computer manufacturer, software company, etc.) during any service outages that they may have. This allows the business owner / operator time to focus on their business and not the “burning IT fire”. We will also work with you on any new contractual agreements for new or renewal IT services your business may need such as telecom, internet service, backup internet service, etc.

Yes, we assist with configuration, installation, and setup of printers. We will also help troubleshoot connectivity or driver issues associated with network or directly attached printers. We do not change toner or ink cartridges or repair broken printers.
